The Disaster Recovery Coordinator functions include ensuring that Paycoms processes and data are preserved in the event of a significant disruption. Secondary tasks will include; developing relationships across all business and technical teams, conducting risk assessments, maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity documentation, and developing exercises to audit and validate controls.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Education/Certification:
Bachelors Degree
Industry Certification (ISO 22301) preferred
Associate or Certified Business Continuity Professional preferred (ABCP/CBCP)
Experience Required:
3+ years of IT, Project Management, Enterprise Risk and Compliance, or Disaster Recovery
