What will your day look like?

You will be responsible for developing and managing projects that improve Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery processes.  The role will maintain and improve Automated Notification System functions and BC Document Repository processes, as well as manage the Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and facilitate the improvement and maintenance of each of those plans, taking into account best practices, industry standards and critical areas of focus.   The role will also be responsible for assessing organizational risk and recommending appropriate BC/DR strategies via a Business Impact Assessment to ensure compliance with business objectives and regulations.  Also, the role will plan and conduct regular mock disaster exercised to test the adequacy of existing plans and strategies as well as act as a coordinator for continuity efforts after a disruption event.
